Pot Roast

Ingredients:
1 Pot roast
Package of Dry ranch seasoning
Lawry's season salt
1 medium onion sliced
2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
1 tablespoon minced garlic

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking pan 9X14 with aluminum foil big enough to cover
the roast. Pour a 1/4 cup water in the bottom. Season both sides
of roast with the Lawry's season salt. Sprinkle 1/2 of the pkg.
of dry ranch seasoning on top. Layer the garlic, then the rosemary,
and lastly the sun dried tomatoes on top. Layer the onions around
the roast. (If you have other veggies you can put those around too!)
Bake at 350 for a couple of hours depending on the size of your roast.
I like to baste it throughout cooking to make it extra moist. Let stand for
15 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and a nice vegetable.
