Pesto Chicken

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Green Bell Pepper cut into strips
1 lime halved
1 tbls. minced Garlic
Olive Oil
"Classico" Dried Tomato Basil Pesto
Shredded Ilalian Blend cheese (if desired)

Drizzle olive oil in frying pan and saute' peppers and
Garlic until soft. Add chicken turning to brown a couple of
minutes on each side. Coat chicken with Pesto on top then
drizzle with lime juice. Put rest of juice in the bottom of
pan while chicken is cooking. Cook with lid on until chicken
is cooked through.7-10 minutes. Last minute top with italian shredded cheese.
I let stand for 5 minutes to let the juices gather. The meat is more tender this way.
This is so easy and yummy!!!!
