2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 C. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix above ingredients together.
Crust:
1 package graham crackers
1/2 C. Melted Butter or Marj.
1/4 C (give or take) Sugar
Crush graham crackers. Add sugar and Marj.
Press graham cracker crust into a pie tin. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Pour cream cheese mixture into graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate until set.
Serve.
Top with fruit.
When I made it, I tripled the recipe and made a 9 x 13 casserole size. Which was a good thing and a bad thing.
I ate a lot of it.
And now I'm doing Pilates to make up for it.
