Breadsticks

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix in large bowl:
1 1/2 C. Warm water
1/4 C. sugar
1 T. yeast
Let sit for ten minutes.

Mix topping together in separate smaller bowl:
1/4 C. Mayo (Miracle Whip works as well)
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
1/4 C. Butter or Marj.
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic

Add 3 1/2 C. of flour to water, sugar, and yeast.
Grease a sheet cake pan.
Roll dough onto sheet cake pan.
Gently cut where pieces will be (score the breadsticks), but do not cut all the way through.
Spread topping over scored breadsticks.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
Place on the middle rack and bake for 9-10 minutes.
