My Aunt just gave me an awesome tip.
Instead of frying her bacon and having the smell of bacon stuck in her house and hair all day, she lays the strips out on a 4-sided baking sheet and bakes them at 350 for about 15-10 minutes, turning them and draining the grease every few minutes.
It works great!
