Chinese Marinade

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes. Marinate 1 hour or longer. Great for chicken or beef.

Serve over rice.
