Chicken Soft Tacos

This is my all time favorite meal! I could eat it twice a week. Leftover chicken is really good cold, the kids will just eat it with ranch! Love it!

1/3 C. olive oil
1/4 C. lime juice
4 cloves of garlic
1 Tbl. minced fresh parsley (or 1 teas. dried)
1 teas. ground cumin
1 teas. dried oregano
1/2 teas. salt
1/4 teas. pepper
4 skinless chicken breast halves (I've used just about any kind of chicken)
flour tortillas (soft taco size)

* Mix first eight ingredients together, cover chicken and let marinade in refrigerator for 8 hours. (I've done it for like 3 and it's still amazing)
* Grill chicken, uncovered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear. Cut into strips, serve in tortillas with toppings of your choice.

sour cream
avocados
cilantro
cheese
tomato

  2. I made these last night and they were amazing! Letting them marinade made the chicken taste so good! We loved it!
