Apple Butter Pork Loins

It's like a pork orgasm in your mouth....and yes, the double innuendo was intended.
Enjoy!

You will need-
2 (1/2 lb.) pork tenderloins
Seasoning salt to taste
2 cups apple juice
1/2 cup apple butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

2. season pork with seasoning salt and place them in a 9x13 in. baking dish. Pour apple juice all over them and cover dish with lid or aluminum foil.

3. Bake for 1 hour
While pork is roasting - mix together the apple butter, brown sugar, water, cinnamon and cloves. After the hour, remove pork tenderloins from the oven and spread the apple butter mixture over them.

4. cover them and return to the oven for 2 hours or until fork tender.

Side dishes I would use: white rice, apple sauce or steamed veggies.
