Straight from the ranch.
1/2 C. Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 C. Soy Sauce
1/4 C. Oil
1-1 1/2 T. Ketchup
1 Clove Garlic
1 Small White Oinion
Pepper
Combine. Pour over steak. Marinate overnight.
This makes one small batch (about four steaks). I usually double (if not triple) it because it's everyone's favorite and leftovers are appreciated.
